Deputy Attorney General Ian S.A. Clement has encouraged fathers and male caregivers to attend their children's first day of school in honor of 'National DADS Take Your Child to School Day.' The Access and Visitation Program (AVP), which is part of the Virgin Islands Department of Justice's Paternity and Child Support Division (PCSD), works to foster healthy family engagement once the school year begins.
