Part 1 - Neville James is joined by Willard Tutein and John Canegata as conditions remain dire at many schools across the territory, and students at Bertha C. Boschulte Middle School spent Wednesday outside as teachers tried to escape hot, moldy classrooms that are still in need of major repairs due to damage from the 2017 hurricanes.
