Part 2 - A $3.6 million grant has been secured by the RT Park Community Impact Fund to establish the Virgin Islands LEAP Fund. This is a significant step toward launching the first certified Community Development Financial Institution in the territory. Eric Sonnier, executive director of UVI's RT Park, and director of marketing Sydney Paul discuss the grant with Neville James.
