Part 1 - The Carnival season has official commenced; Neville James congratulates Kelly "Pupa Kelly" Charleswell. The 2023 St. Thomas Carnival Village, which opened on Monday, April 24, is named in honor of Charleswell. James later discusses COVID-19 stats and urges listeners to take necessary precautions. Executive Director Colleen M. Richardson, Psy.D, of the Veterans Affairs National Caregiver Support program discusses support for veteran caregivers. The mission for the program is to understand, access and support the non-traditional needs of veteran caregivers in the Virgin Islands.

Monday, April 24, 2023 - Part 2

Part 2 - Should there be an age limit for public service? Contributors Donald "Ducks" Cole and Dwayne Henry Esq. join the show to discuss how age affects service. The discussion later shifts to education and steps the local government should take to ensure a successful 2023-2024 school year. Before the program closes, contributor "Ducks" Cole decides to address the decline of culture and tradition.

Part 1 - Neville James and Ryan Chambers of the National Weather Service prep the territory for the Carnival weekend with the weather forecast. James gives the latest COVID-19 numbers, and stock market updates.  He later discusses the ongoing issues related to gun violence, nationally and in the territory.  

Friday, April 21, 2023 - Part 2

Part 2 - Department of Health (DOH) Commissioner Justa "Tita" Encarnacion joins the discussion with Neville James and Douglas Koch, chief operation officer for Juan F. Luis Hospital detailing their collaborative efforts to provide the best possible healthcare options for residents.  Encarnacion and DOH Deputy Commissioner Renan Steele reiterate the department's commitment to battling depression and mental health. 

Friday, April 21, 2023 - Part 1

Part 1 - Director Antonio Emmanuel of the Office of Gun Violence Prevention joins Neville James to educate the audience on the office's mission to deter crime through community outreach initiatives. After detailing the history of the office, Emmanuel speaks to the issues affecting violence and what the community can do to aid the office, in conjunction with the Virgin Islands Police Department.  

 It's moving day for Juan F. Luis Hospital North Facility. Douglas Koch, chief operating officer, urges resident to adhere to visiting hour restrictions and reduce traffic on Peppertree Road to ensure a smooth process. 

Thursday, April 20, 2023 - Part 2

Part 2 - Celebrating 65 years of academic success, Principal Wendy Gonzales, provides information on Claude O. Markoe Elementary School's 65th Sapphire Anniversary Sneaker Gala. Gonzales recounts the history of the school and Claude O. Markeo for which the school is named. The event will take place, Saturday, May 20, with a reception and auction of donated sneakers. Notably, auction item contributors include retired basketball players and St. Croix native, Tim Duncan who donated a personal pair of autographed size 16 sneakers.  

Thursday, April 20, 2023 - Part 1

Part 1 - Willard John, chairman of the Port Authority Board, makes a special appearance to bring updates on new flight activity to the island. Recently, "Fly the Whale" a commuter airline, agreed to provide inter-island flight services between St. Croix and St. Thomas. John notes the potential of new flights to the Territory and its potential to restore the economic and social atmosphere. The airline's first flight is scheduled for Monday, April 24, in time to accommodate the busy Carnival season. 

Wednesday, April 19, 2023 - Part 2

Part 2 - Dr. Maria Fleming, assistant director at the Center for Student Success, provides details on The University of the Virgin Islands Summer Bridge program, which is set to host 100 students from June through July. Former Summer Bridge students Breana Thomas and Salim Schulterbrandt inform about the benefits of the program. Charmaine Smith, interim director of Admissions, details UVI's Free Tuition program.

Part 1 - "It's Carnival!" Ian Turnbull director of the Division of Festivals joins host Neville James to discuss the upcoming events for the Carnival2023 Season, the success of the Uber Soca Cruise J'ouvert, and the Division's plan to increase tourism.

Part 2 - Show contributor Sommer Sibilly-Brown stops by the studio to tackle sensitive issues related to the progressive decline of youth mental health. Later, guest Clema Lewis, executive director of Women's Coalition joins the show furthering the discussion and providing information on the upcoming activities they intend to host for Child Abuse Prevention Month and Sexual Assault Awareness Month, observed in April.
