Part 2: Neville James greets Stacey Plaskett. As the US Virgin Islands approaches the seventh anniversary of hurricanes Irma and Maria, many of those in charge of overseeing the territory's $15 billion recovery effort gathered in the Great Hall of UVI’s Albert A. Sheen campus on Wednesday for a candid discussion moderated by V.I. Delegate to Congress Stacey Plaskett. Plaskett moderated three panel discussions throughout the morning to highlight the ongoing efforts of local Cabinet members, territory health and energy leaders, and representatives from federal agencies such as the Environmental Protection Agency, Energy Department, and Federal Emergency Management Agency. The first, addressing managing local projects, problems, and timeframes, featured Education Commissioner Dionne Wells-Hedrington and Public Works Commissioner Derek Gabriel and Schneider Hospital CEO Tina Comissiong. Ronald Picard checks in with Neville from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, as a delegate to the Republican National Convention, where Senator J.D. Vance formally accepted the Republican Vice-presidential nomination.

Part 2 - Mrs. Kimberly Nelson and three Lift program students join Neville James on the show. Kimberly Nelson is a popular instructor in the Virgin Islands. The LIFT program, part of the Summer Youth Work Experience Program (SYWEP), provides eight (8) weeks of work experience to college juniors and seniors. LIFT interns will gain real-world experience while also taking part in special projects, mentorship initiatives, and community service activities. Participants will also be given Life Skills Management and Career Orientation Workshops, Workplace Preparation Skills, and OSHA regulation training. Ronald Picard, a member of the Virgin Islands GOP, then checks in with Neville. He is in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, as a delegate to the Republican National Convention, where former President Donald Trump was nominated for the Republican presidential nomination.

Part 1 - Host Neville James invites Dr. David Hall to Analyze This. Dr. David Hall became the fifth president of UVI on August 1, 2009. Dr. Hall has a renowned career as an educational administrator and preeminent legal scholar, having taught law for over 25 years at the University of Mississippi, the University of Oklahoma, and Northeastern University. In May 2010, Dr. Hall received an honorary Doctor of Laws degree from the New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts, in appreciation of his outstanding contributions to the legal sector. The Massachusetts Black Lawyers Association recognized him as a Trailblazer. Dr. Hall was named by President George W. Bush to the Legal Services Corporation Board of Directors. His articles cover civil rights, the U.S. Constitution, racism, legal education, and social justice. He is the author of "The Spiritual Revitalization of the Legal Profession: A Search for Sacred Rivers," a book about the intersection of law and spirituality, and he talks nationally on social justice, leadership, diversity, and spiritual principles in professional life. UVI President David Hall's term concluded on July 31, 2024.

He was quickly protected and transported to safety when his ear was wounded. Details on how it transpired are emerging, as is the identity of the shooter, Thomas Matthew Crooks. Part 1: After checking in with the National Weather Service in San Juan, Neville James and attorney Dwayne Henry, also former Senators Almando “Rocky” Liburd as well as Donald “Ducks” Cole began the show on a serious note. They discuss the latest findings regarding Saturday night's attack on former President Donald Trump at a rally in Pennsylvania. Former President Donald Trump says a gunshot penetrated his ear during a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, on Saturday. According to the Secret Service, one rally participant has died, and two others are in severe condition. A spokeswoman confirmed that the suspected shooter had died. Trump was rushed from the stage, and the rally ended shortly after.

Part 2 - Neville James is joined by attorney Dwayne Henry for a Bush Tea talk to discuss the severe weather that has impacted Texas where at least 870,000 customers remain without power. This week powerful storms delivered another round of violent weather to a state still reeling from an almost unrelenting parade of destructive and deadly storms in recent weeks with storms unloading hurricane force winds across the Dallas-Fort Worth area Tuesday morning then tearing through Houston in the Harris County area later that afternoon where at least 7 people have died with the passing of Hurricane Beryl.
