Part 2 - Neville James continues his discussion with Karl Knight in a review of how State of the Territory addresses have come about.  He is then joined by the 81C representatives, Joseph Hughes and Zack Zook, And Vernon Araujo from Alpine Securities, in a discussion of the new initiative being undertaken.
