Part 2 - Neville James continues the discussion with Director Daryl Jaschen, Commissioner Justa Encarnacion and  Assistant Director Antonio Stevens.  He is then joined by Rosa Soto-Thomas, president of the St. Croix Federation of Teachers to discuss the recent job actions, student protests and contract negotiations.
