After settling in, Neville James reflects on the opening of JFL-North with Senate President Novelle E. Francis, Jr. (15:43) and Director Adrienne Williams-Octalien of the Office of Disaster Recovery (49:37), with an interstitial tribute to Earle B. Ottley in honor of VI History Month.
